TAMMY CARIGNAN NAMED ENGINEERING OPERATIONS MANAGER, EDMONTON
SAL is pleased to announce the promotion of Tammy Carignan, P.Eng. to Engineering Operations Manager for the Edmonton Office. Tammy joined the company 14 years ago out of UofA Engineering, starting as a Junior Project Engineer. Since then, she has risen to Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager. Tammy is well respected and trusted by her co-workers at Scheffer Andrew, by our clients, and within our industry. She is looking forward to the opportunities and challenges of her new position.
Tammy has enjoyed learning and growing with SAL in all areas of land development and project management; she has completed large Neighbourhood Design Reports, Storm Water Management, Risk Analysis, and Preliminary and Detailed Design for land development, both large and small.
SCHEFFER ANDREW MERGES WITH FINLEY HANN ENGINEERING IN EXPANDED MEDICINE HAT OPERATION
Scheffer Andrew Ltd. has completed a merger agreement with Finley Hann Engineering Ltd. in Medicine Hat, adding a greater number of experienced staff to the Medicine Hat branch. This places Scheffer Andrew in a unique position because the expanded office will consist primarily of professionals support staff who are longtime
residents of the city, and who continue to be active in the community.
Kirby Finley, P.Eng. rejoins the Medicine Hat office through the recent merger, having previously worked for Scheffer Consultants Ltd., in 1996-97. Kirby has 22 years of engineering experience in the region, including public sector work at CFB Suffield, construction contracting, and has been involved in land development consulting since 2000.
Blair Hann, B.Sc., Eng. is a Civil Engineer with over eight years of experience in design and resident inspection of civil engineering projects. He has a wide range of engineering experience in residential and large scale commercial/industrial land development projects. His experience in civil engineering projects includes conceptual, preliminary and detailed design.
