Kim joined Scheffer Andrew Ltd. in the spring of 2001 as Manager of Land Development. He is responsible for all aspects of land development projects.

Kim has over 27 years of experience in planning, design, construction and project management of many land development and municipal projects, primarily in the metropolitan Edmonton area.

Kim has provided services to a wide range of clients in both the private and public sectors.
