Description:	The Bearspaw neighbourhood in the City of Edmonton experienced severe flooding during the major storm event in 2004. Scheffer Andrew Ltd. has been retained to confirm through stormwater modeling the effectiveness of various proposed sewer and lake upgrades. Our firm will carry out the preliminary and detailed design for the selected upgrades, and prepare construction drawings and tender documents. Total expected construction value is to be approximately $3.1 million.
